The Institute for Agricultural Policy, Market Research and Economic Sociology (IAP) of the University of Bonn has developed the Agricultural sector model CAPRI ( www.agp.uni-bonn.de/agpo/rsrch/capri/capri_e.htm ), which is used to analyse the impact of policy changes on European Agriculture. CAPRI has been applied and is continuously improved under a number of research projects carried out by a network of European researchers, with funds from the European Commission and EEA. The CAPRI baseline served as input into GAINS in the context of CAFE.
